Acceptance and scope
By using this site or confirming a consultation, you accept these terms. Module Orbitpoint provides educational, practical cultural guidance. We do not provide immigration, legal, tax, medical, psychological, or certified translation services. You remain responsible for decisions and official deadlines.
Bookings, fees, and conduct
A booking is confirmed only when we agree in writing on scope, time, and fee. Prices include only the items stated in that confirmation. Clients must provide accurate, non-sensitive context and treat staff respectfully. We may end a session where safety or abusive conduct is a concern.
Intellectual property
Site text, consultation materials, and worksheets belong to Module Orbitpoint unless stated otherwise. You may use supplied notes personally but may not republish, sell, or present them as professional advice. Your own materials remain yours.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care but do not guarantee a particular social, employment, housing, or administrative outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss arising from our breach. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms prospectively. Confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms accepted at confirmation. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
