Arrival & Adaptation Consultation

Your first weeks, interpreted with you

This consultation is for Thai adults who have recently moved to Germany or expect to arrive within three months. It is especially useful when the paperwork is underway but daily interactions still feel difficult to read.

We discuss the real situations around you: how directness sounds at work, what neighbours expect in shared buildings, how appointments and punctuality operate, when to ask for clarification, and how to keep social ties active through a long winter. This is cultural and practical guidance, not legal, tax, medical, or immigration advice.

What is included

• A short questionnaire before the meeting, so the time is centred on your life
• A private 90-minute conversation with a cross-cultural relocation adviser
• Discussion of up to three current situations
• Language and response examples for awkward conversations
• A written action map, useful links, and local starting points sent within 48 hours
• One follow-up email within seven days

How the session unfolds

Before: complete the questionnaire and share any non-sensitive messages or situations you want to understand. Remove personal identification from documents.

During: we map what happened, compare Thai and German expectations without stereotyping either culture, and rehearse practical responses. Together we choose three manageable next steps.

After: you receive concise notes and links relevant to your city. We do not complete authority forms, interpret contracts, or speak on your behalf.

Place, preparation, and fee

Sessions take place by video call throughout Germany or in our Hamburg meeting room. Allow 90 minutes without interruptions and bring your calendar. The fee starts at €145, payable only after timing and scope are confirmed. A second household member can join for an additional €35.

If your question concerns residence status, employment law, tax, or a medical issue, we will direct you toward the appropriate qualified service rather than guessing.
