Module Orbitpoint is the data controller for information submitted through this site and our consultations. Contact: info@module-orbitpoint.digital. We collect contact details, scheduling preferences, enquiry text, booking records, correspondence, and limited consultation notes. Please do not send passport numbers, health records, or unredacted official documents.

Why we use it

We process information to answer enquiries, deliver agreed services, keep financial records, protect the site, and meet legal duties. The basis may be steps toward a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, consent, or our legitimate interest in running a secure practice.

Sharing, transfers, and retention

We share only what is necessary with service providers supporting email, hosting, scheduling, or accounting, under appropriate obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months; client and invoice records may be kept up to seven years where legal duties require it; working notes are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. Email us to exercise a right. We may verify identity proportionately. You may also complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
