Why this work exists

Module Orbitpoint began with a familiar gap. Official relocation information explained registration and documents, while friends explained isolated incidents. Neither helped a newcomer interpret the pattern of everyday German life—or decide which parts to adopt and which parts to keep.

We offer structured, human-delivered guidance for Thai adults and families. Our work centres on communication, home routines, local participation, seasonal adjustment, and the emotional effort of interpreting a new environment.

The people in the room

Our small Hamburg practice brings together Thai–German lived experience, adult facilitation, and years supporting international households. Your consultation is led by an adviser familiar with both high-context Thai communication and the varied, often more explicit expectations encountered across Germany.

We do not claim that every Thai or German person behaves alike. Region, age, workplace, family, and personality matter. We use cultural patterns as questions to test—not boxes to put people in.

Our working boundaries

We prepare carefully, speak plainly, and leave you with actions that fit your week. We protect personal information and ask clients not to send unredacted official documents. We are not immigration lawyers, tax advisers, therapists, translators, or medical practitioners. When a question crosses those boundaries, a responsible referral is more valuable than an improvised answer.
